Bushmaster Firearms® requires Adult Signature for FFL shipments or controlled items.
Bushmaster Firearms® ships most packages via USPS or UPS however in the event your package is shipped via FedEx:
Due to policy updates with FedEx® starting June 28, 2022, ID scanning will be required for all adult signatures.
Their Scanning Technology will:
Capture the recipient’s name associated with the ID and auto-populate the first initial and last name.
Confirm the recipient is 21 years or older.
FedEx states the ID scanning Technology will electronically capture the recipient’s name and automate age verification.

If the recipient refuses to show ID as proof of age and signature, Bushmaster Firearms® will consider the shipment as refused, which will incur restocking or reshipping fees in accordance with our return policy.
We are no longer shipping any products to CT, HI, MA, MD, NY, NJ, IL, WA, DC, and VT.
Shipments to Alaska will incur additional shipping charges that will be quoted to you via email. Please provide a valid email and phone number with your order. Orders that lack sufficient information will not be processed.

Shipping promotions and discounts do not apply to orders outside the continental USA.

Shipping for orders containing Firearms:
Buying a complete firearm or lower from Bushmaster Firearms® is easy, safe, and legal.
Federal law requires all firearms be shipped to a licensed dealer.
Once you have placed your order, please have your FFL dealer email us a copy of their license,
include your name, and the order number you received.
Orders cannot be processed until we receive an FFL for your order, the posted lead time
will begin once your dealer's FFL is received.

Bushmaster Firearms® uses flat rate shipping for the lower United States
except for states with certain restrictions on firearms sales ( CT, HI, HI, MA, MD, NY, NJ, IL, WA, DC, and VT ).
